In connection with the Látkép (Panorama) 2025 – Art History Festival, we would like to draw your attention to the following points and kindly ask for your cooperation.
- In accordance with the GDPR policy governing HTK events and website visits (available on the HTK website: https://www.abtk.hu/adatvedelem), the personal data you provide during registration will be recorded and used solely for the purposes of granting entry to the Látkép 2025 Festival and sending information related to the event. Your data will not be disclosed to any third party.
- The ELTE HTK Institute of Art History reserves the right to make changes to the programme.
- The Humanities Research Centre is a workplace and, as such, is a special type of conference venue. Please refrain from loud conversation and help to avoid crowding near the lifts.
- During the festival, you may be present on the ground floor and gallery level of the Humanities Research Centre, as well as in the upstairs meeting rooms and the 6th-floor collections during accompanying programmes (workshops, guided tours, escape room).
- A designated smoking area is located at the entrance.
- Please do not eat or drink hot beverages in the conference and programme venues. For dining, we recommend the ground-floor café, the inner courtyard, and the external canteens marked on the map.
- Restrooms are located on the ground floor to the left of the café. If possible, please use the upstairs restrooms only during events held on those floors.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the building; login details are posted on the ground-floor noticeboard.
- You can check the current programme on the festival website and on the screen located next to the ground-floor entrance.
- For programmes requiring registration, please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the start time.
- All necessary information is available on the website. Should you have any further questions, please contact one of the organisers wearing a festival badge.
- Please note that photo and audio/video recordings will be made at the event. By attending and entering the venue, you give your explicit consent to being recorded and to the use of such recordings in the festival’s communications.
